What to do?
Just eliminate the insole, wear them without an insole.
So you only have the Boost under your feet.
When you use the Ultra Boost for running, I would keep the insole though, it might distribute the forces better.
It may take some years of the longetivity, but who cares…
The more casual models, like the Yohji Boost and the Pure Boost don’t have an insole.
