Geoff McFetridge.
The Vandal is an old classic from Nike
that released back when the Air Force 1 released.
I liked it a bit more than the Air Force 1
because it looked similar but didn’t have that thick, beefy sole.
It even played a small role in the first Terminator movie.
Geoff McFetridge is a LA based, graffiti bred artist
who has now moved to Canada.
The speciality of this model is the upper:
Under the blue pinstripe material is a mostly silver material
and Geoff McFetridge’s motto:
‘I can’t stop destroying.’
So you can individualise your pair
by removing the upper in any way you desire.
I was lucky to get a undestroyed (but worn) one years after.
Another pair that is mostly overlooked today.
Sadly I got them without laces but I chose those white ones.
Might have to switch when I find a better one.
Buying advice:
It is a casual high-top that lets you express yourself.
Get it if you want to wear something nobody else has.
Don’t get it if you are runners only.
It is an us 8.
